Last month Mi 8, Mi 8 SE and Mi 8 Explorer Edition was launched by Xiaomi. All the three smartphone displays came with the Nokia and they were made available in China from June 5. Now 18 days after availability, Xiaomi has announced that it has sold more than 1 million units of the 8-series. The company's Global Spokesperson said that its e-commerce platform, Mi.com has become the third largest smartphone shipments in the country. 

In addition, the company has established this record in less than a month. Keep in mind, the sale of Mi-8 in China started on 5th June. Speaking of the key specification of Mi 8, it has Snapdragon 845 processor, 12-megapixel dual rear camera, infrared face unlock, 20-megapixel selfie camera. The Mi 8 SE smartphone was the first such phone, in which the company was given the Snapdragon 710 processor. Also, the fingerprint scanner is on the back. The phone runs on the MIUI 10.

The price of 8 is 2,699 Chinese Yuan (28,600 rupees). It comes with 6 GB RAM and 64 GB inbuilt storage. The price of 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB storage is 2,999 Chinese Yuan (Rs 31,600). The price of 6 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage is 3,299 Chinese Yuan (Rs 34,800). The smartphone will come in White, Gold, Light Blue and Black color options. 

In addition, in the recent report, it has been claimed that the Mi.com portal has emerged as India's third largest e-commerce platform. The Counterpoint Research Market Monitor report claims that the site has captured 14 percent of the partnership. Flipkart, Amazon occupies 54% and 30% stake in this list.
