Tirupati:TDP, Jana Sena Party (JSP) and Tirupati Vinayaka Utsav Samiti (TVUC) on Tuesday urged the city police to allow Vinayaka Chaturthi celebrations in the city following the COVID safety norms.The committee brought to the notice of the SP in the letter that the public was warned through Dandora that a case would be registered against those who installed Ganesh idols in public places.

JSP leader Kiran Royal also urged the government to allow Chavithi celebrations.
