Islamic State Militants have started shooting and subjecting lot of wrongdoings to the local residents of Mosul, as soon as they came to know that civilians were trying to spill the information to the Iraqi security forces.
20 civilians were killed by these fanatics at a military base and they hung their bodies at traffic intersections to show other people whom so ever is going to leak the information that person will be killed.
Since the campaign has begun from October 17, 48,000 people have escaped from Mosul.
