Prayagraj: The case of brutally killing a woman and her son in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh has come to light. The murder of mother and son has caused a sensation in the area. It is being told that both have been killed with a weapon. This sensational incident of double murder has come out from Sarayan Dina village under Soraon police station area, about 35 km from the city.

The name of the deceased is Dharma Devi (52). Dharma Devi, along with her two sons Surendra and Chhotu, lived in Sarayan Dina village. Chhotu went to one of his relatives these days. Elder son Surendra (22) was sleeping with his mother. When both did not come out till late in the morning, the people of the village went to see. Seeing the blood-soaked bodies of the mother-son, the villagers were shocked. The people of the area did not allow the dead bodies to be raised for a while. The officials later understood and pacified the people.

The cause of death of both is not known. It is feared that the mother and son have been murdered in a property dispute. Police have taken two people into custody on the basis of suspicion. Police soon discovered the accused and claimed their arrest.
