USA: According to the Houston Police, a Texas man who allegedly vanished eight years ago while still a teen was always residing with his mother.
Nearly a week after being discovered close to a church, the victim, Rudy Farias, has now alleged abuse.

According to rumours, Rudy's mother, Janie Santana, lied to and mistreated him while keeping him hidden for almost ten years.

In an interview that took place on Wednesday at a hotel in the presence of activist Quanell X, missing persons unit detectives from the Houston Police Department questioned Rudy and his mother, according to the news source Fox News.

He would be asked to pretend to be the father by Jane. According to activist Quanell X, she informed him that Rudy needed to be the husband.

The activist further claimed that Janie had threatened the victim and warned him that if he said anything, he would face consequences from the police.

The activist asserted that the alleged victim told Fox 26 Houston in a different report that his mother would force him to sleep in bed with her.

After taking his two dogs for a walk close to his family's home in the northeastern part of Houston in March 2015, Rudy, then 17 years old, was reported missing by his mother.

While the dogs were located, the police were unable to determine the teen's whereabouts.

After eight years, Rudy, now 25 years old, suddenly appeared in front of a southeast Houston church on June 29.

The Independent reported that the police have thus far refuted his mother's allegations of abuse. Additionally, according to the investigators, the district attorney will not press charges in relation to "fictitious reports."

The police further denied discussing "specifics of the interviews" and would not affirm or deny whether the alleged subject matter of the interrogation was "factual," according to The New York Post.
