New Delhi: While growing cases of corona across the country are creating fear for people to go to cinema halls, after the success of 'Ruhi,' two films 'Mumbai Saga' and 'Sandeep Aur Pinky Farrar' are trying to get viewers in the cinema halls. But in the absence of average story and novelty, viewers will look to turn on the big screen, it seems difficult.
Parineeti Chopra and Arjun Kapoor had stepped into the industry together in 'Ishaqzaade' and today after 9 years, the two have again appeared together in 'Sandeep Aur Pinky Farrar.' The thriller, directed by Dibakar Banerjee, has been released in cinemas. On the lines of the trending web series, it is a social thriller that tells the story of a boy and girl at a sluggish pace who are forced to escape the situation together. Dibakar Banerjee has told the story in a very unique fashion in the film, but he could not add the story to a formulary.
Parineeti has once played a serious role after the recent film 'The Girl on the Train.' After a long time, Arjun is also appearing in the rough-tuff character. In this film, both have tried hard to spell their act, but because of the weak presentation of the story, it did not show up and the work of the two remained average.
