Bhopal:  Many districts of Madhya Pradesh received unseasonal rains in the past. In many places, hail also occurred, due to which the crops of wheat, gram, and lentils were the most damaged. In the past, the Madhya Pradesh government had decided that the crops will be purchased from March 27 at the minimum support price. Now, government procurement of wheat, gram, lentils, and mustard started in Madhya Pradesh from today. Yes, government procurement of wheat, gram, lentils, and mustard has started in Madhya Pradesh at the minimum support price.

You must be aware that the number of procurement centers for gram, lentil, and mustard has been increased from 91 to 1,085. With this, the State Government has given instructions to follow the guideline of Corona in all the procurement centers. It has been said in these instructions that during procurement, more than 20 farmers will not be able to gather at the center at one time. At the same time, Agriculture Minister Kamal Patel has also tweeted and appealed to the farmers. He has said in his tweet, 'During the procurement work, the farmers must follow the necessary instructions to prevent infection. Beware of the corona, must apply mask/swab on the mouth. Wash hands thoroughly before drinking some food. Maintain a mutually appropriate distance. Be safe yourself, keep others safe.

Apart from this, in another tweet, he has written, 'From today, the procurement of gram, lentil, mustard, and wheat has started in Ujjain and Indore divisions in Madhya Pradesh, farmers brothers who have reached the messaging center, take their crops to the procurement center. Go, if you are getting more than the support price then you are free to sell your produce.
