According to reports, the 88-year-old woman, who arrived by bullock cart for vaccination, is a resident of Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath's Karmabhoomi, Panchayat Piparia Lalu of Chhindwara district.

The woman, a resident of Piparia Lalu Panchayat in Chhindwara, reportedly administered vaccine by going vaccination centre by bullock cart.
