Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has once again slammed the Congress amid an important meeting of the Congress Working Committee held in Delhi last Saturday. He said in a recent statement, "The party has become like a circus.'' This was stated by Shivraj Singh while addressing an election rally at Fofnar in Burhanpur under parliamentary constituency in view of Khandwa parliamentary bypoll in the state. He said, "The Congress Working Committee meeting is going on in Delhi. This is a party that has no Chairman. Shrimati Sonia Gandhi is the Executive Chairman. A 'G23' group is different. Rahul Gandhi is nothing but decides to remove the Punjab Chief Minister. It's all become like a circus.''

At the same time, he said, "There must have been no such wonder in the world. In Punjab, the Captain was removed from the post of Chief Minister and Channi was made to sit down. And Sidhu is just like Ham To Doobe Sanam Sath Mai Tumhe Bi Le Doobenge Sanam.'' Similarly, 'Fifty-Fifty' is going on in Chhattisgarh Congress. In Madhya Pradesh, Congress has been reduced to Kamal Nath. Chief Minister, State President, Leader of Opposition and Star Campaigner, Shri Kamal Nath is or has been occupying all the posts. If there is another leader, it is Nakulnath. The work of settling its own people is going on in the State Congress. Senior leader Arun Yadav was not given a ticket in Khandwa parliamentary by-election. It was the state Congress leaders that did not allow Yadav's father Subhash Yadav (late) to become the Chief Minister at one time.

He further said, "At that time, all development works were stalled. All public welfare schemes of the old BJP government were discontinued. Only the game of commissioning was going on. A scheme like Sambal for the poor was also discontinued. After 15 months, when the BJP government was re-formed, the development work started again despite the Corona crisis and the old welfare schemes were restarted.'' In this way, he once again took Congress on his target and said a lot.
