Bhopal: After a long wait, it has finally rained in Madhya Pradesh. Heavy rain has started in Bhopal. In fact, it had been raining intermittently since last Thursday night, but now it has started raining heavily today, Friday morning. Heavy rain has started at around 7.00 am this morning and is continuing so far. People have been relieved due to heavy rains here. At the same time, waterlogging on the other hand also caused inconvenience to the people. Several major intersections in the capital were inundated due to heavy rains.

On the other hand, water logging in the lower settlements forced people to get up early in the morning and get out of their homes. Apart from Bhopal, Indore has also started raining. Let me tell you that the Met department had issued a heavy rain alert the day before. The MET department had predicted heavy rain in most districts of Sagar, Rewa, Shahdol, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Hoshangabad, Gwalior, Indore, Ujjain, Chambal divisions of the state on Friday and Saturday. You must be aware that the rain is already continuing in Pachmarhi, Narsinghpur, Nagaon, Damoh, Khajuraho, Betul, Umaria, Mandla, and Tikamgarh districts.

Similarly, if the MET department is to be believed, it has become a low-pressure area in the Bay of Bengal. Due to this, the monsoon trough extends from Rohtak, Aligarh, Ranchi, Balasore to the bay of Bengal. There is an offshore trough from the southern Gujarat coast to north Kerala. Moreover, cyclones continue to prevail over western Uttar Pradesh and north Pakistan in the upper reaches of the air and due to this, most of the districts of the state are receiving rain due to moisture coming from the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea.
