Bhopal: The global epidemic coronavirus crisis in Madhya Pradesh is now receding. Talking to reporters last Thursday, MLA Arif Masood said, "A PIL was filed by me in the High Court in connection with the theft of 865 Remdesivir injections from Hamidia Hospital on which the Hon'ble Court on 21st June 2021 took cognizance of the matter and directed the investigating officer to produce challan in the court. At the same time, he also said, "During the corona epidemic, 865 Remdesivir injections were allegedly stolen from Hamidia Hospital, which was allegedly stolen. by FIR is being registered at Kohefija Thana and investigated by the crime branch, many people died due to the lack of Remdesivir injection in Covid-19.''
Talking to reporters, MLA Arif Masood also said, "At that time, 865 injections were taken by some influential people in connivance with Hamidia hospital management, details of which are also recorded in the incoming outward register of the hospital store. In order to save these people, the crime branch has suppressed the case to date and no arrest has been made on which a petition was filed by Mere before the High Court demanding that the registers seized in the possession of the crime branch contain the names of politicians and influential people be dealt with.''
He also said, "On my behalf, advocate Parvez Ahmed Qazi, advocate Yawar Khan and advocate Waheed Khan pleaded in the High Court, The Chief Justice of The High Court Jabalpur, Justice Rafiq Ahmed, today directed the Investigating Officer on 21st June 2021 that the charge sheet under Section 173 Code of Criminal Procedure in the case should be produced before the concerned court.'' All those who allegedly stole the live guard Remdesivir injection, in this case, will come under the purview of the inquiry. I have ordered the Hon'ble High Court today. An application for compliance of 9294/21 has also been sent to Mr. Deputy Inspector General of Police, City Bhopal, and Police Station In-charge Kohefiza.
