Indore: In addition to Karan Morwal, son of Congress MLA Murli Morwal from Barnagar in MP, Dr Devendra Swamy has been booked by MG Road police in Indore under sections including cheating following a court order. In fact, Congress MLA Murli Morwal's son and rape criminal Karan Morwal along with the doctor had prepared the encrypted documents. Karan Morwal is currently on bail in a rape case.
Now a new twist has come in this case. MG Road Police arrested Karan Morwal and Dr Devendra Swamy. Another case has been registered against Devendra Swamy under section 420, 120B. The victim had alleged that MLA son Karan had made a fake admission entry with the help of a doctor under pressure to secure bail. The son of a Congress MLA was booked by the police but could not be arrested. The victim complained at several places after which the action had proceeded. Now the trouble of MLA son is going to increase further.
