The Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board, Bhopal in its latest advertisement has issued notices for recruitment of inspector cadre in the police Department of the State Government. Under MPPEB Madhya Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment 2020, applications have been invited for total 4000 vacancies in radio and general duty sub-departments of the Department. Out of these, 138 vacancies are of constables (radio), while the remaining 3862 vacancies have been declared for constables (general duty). Candidates desirous of applying for these posts will be able to submit their applications through the online application form to be provided on the official portal of MPPEB, peb.mp.gov.in.

Details of Posts:
In Madhya Pradesh police, 45 vacancies of constables (radio) and 1147 vacancies of constables (general duty) are reserved for women candidates in 4000 vacancies. The number of unreserved vacancies of Constable (radio) is 58 and unreserved vacancies of Constable (general duty) are 1748.

Age-limit:
The age limit fixed for the posts of Constable (radio) and Constable (general duty) in Madhya Pradesh police is 18 years to 33 years, which will be calculated from 1st August 2020. However, the maximum age limit for all women candidates and candidates of reserved categories has been kept at 38 years.
