Bhopal: A big statement by MP Sadhvi Pragya Thakur has come to the fore regarding the Jama Masjid in Madhya Pradesh's capital Bhopal. She said that Hindus have never built their own religious place by breaking anyone's religious place, mosques have definitely been built by demolishing temples. Where there has been an assault, one should consider such issues as if they have been harmed.

Sadhvi Pragya said that mosques must have been built by demolishing temples and therefore every Hindu should come forward. The Save Culture Forum has submitted a memorandum to Home Minister Narottam Mishra that the Jama Masjid at Bhopal Chowk market is an old Shiva temple and it can be traced by a survey by the archaeological department, so a survey of the Jama Masjid should be conducted.
