Rajgarh: Crime cases are on the rise day by day in Madhya Pradesh. The recent case that has come to light is from the Rajgarh district. Here a woman chopped the drunk husband to death with a shovel. After the murder, she informed the landlord that the husband was lying unconscious, bleeding. On hearing this, the landlord informed the police about it. Local police rushed to the spot on receiving information. When the police questioned the daughters, she said, 'Mom killed Dad.'
The entire case is said to be of a house in the New Colony of Ramakant Sharma, a resident of the Thana area of Gandhi Chowk Pachor in Rajgarh. Ram Niwas lived in this house with his wife Sapna and two daughters Khushboo and Arju. Ramakant says he got a call from her the previous day. She cried that Ram Niwas was bleeding profusely, lying unconscious in the room. As soon as the information was received, Ramakant Sharma reached the house of tenant Sapna Yadav.
After that, he lost consciousness when he saw the scene there. He saw Ram Niwas Yadav lying in a pool of blood in the backroom of the house. He also had a shovel next to him. Ram Niwas informed the local police after seeing this. Police who reached the spot inspected the spot. People in the vicinity were then questioned. Finally, when the police asked Ram Niwas's two daughters in the case, they said that mom had killed dad with a shovel.
Police arrested the accused wife after discovering it. In the interrogation, Sapna Yadav said, "She got married to Ram Niwas 10 years ago. It was a love marriage. The marriage took place against the wishes of the family. After marriage, Ram Niwas got addicted to alcohol and started quarreling day after day after drinking. Fed up with the fights and assaults by her husband, Sapna attacked Ram Niwas with a shovel and hit him on the head, face, and chest. This led to his death.''
