On Saturday, Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Nitin Gadkari said that due to the circumstances arising out of Kovid-19, the economic battle is going to be long. He said that there are some good things for us in this economic fight, there are some problems too. According to Gadkari, in the current economic scenario, there is a lot of potential for a developing country like India. For this, whatever efforts may be made to promote the MSME sector naturally, it has been done by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. He said that the government is trying to overcome the problems of the MSMEs sector.

In a webinar organized by the Chamber of Indian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises on International MSME Day, Gadkari said that it is the responsibility of the government to implement the recently announced package. He said that at present, MSMEs need to upgrade the technology. There is a need to bring foreign capital. He called upon MSMEs to move forward with positive perception and confidence. Gadkari said that the contribution of MSME in the growth of our country is 29 percent, which has to be taken to 50 percent.

he said that liquidity is the biggest problem in our country at this time. In such circumstances, bringing foreign investment can help a lot. With the arrival of foreign investment, we can move the wheel of our economy rapidly. Gadkari suggested developing marketing platforms like Amazon and Alibaba on the basis of a public-private partnership to give more momentum to the MSME sector. For this, he laid the maximum emphasis on upgrading technology.
