New Delhi: Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) have started getting the benefit of the relief package announced by the central government in the era of Corona epidemic. According to the Finance Ministry, a loan of Rs 75,000 crore has been approved so far under the Government's Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS).

The Finance Ministry has informed that under this scheme with 100 percent guarantee starting from June 1, loans worth Rs 32,894.86 crore have also been disbursed. It is noteworthy that in order to help the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) affected by the Corona epidemic, the government asked for additional loan of up to three lakh crore rupees at a concessional rate of 9.25 percent through Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS). was.

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced a Rs 20 lakh crore self-sufficient India package last month to support the economy affected by the Corona virus epidemic. An emergency credit line guarantee scheme for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) was announced under this package itself. Now, the MSME has started getting the benefit of this scheme after the looseness in the lock down.
