Reliance shares saw a 3% gain on Monday, due to which his wealth has increased by about $ 2.17 billion to $ 72.4 billion. It is worth mentioning that due to the decline in tech shares in the US, Google's Founder Page's assets have decreased to $ 71.6 billion and Brin's assets have reduced to $ 69.4 billion. According to the Forbes Real-Time Billionaire Index, last week Mukesh Ambani became the seventh richest person in the world, surpassing Berkshire Hathaway CEO and veteran investor Warren Buffett.
He is the richest person in India continuously for the last several years. He is also the richest person in Asia and the only Asian to make it to the list of top 10 wealthiest in the world. In the past 3 months, more than a dozen foreign companies have invested more than one lakh crore rupees in Reliance Industries group company Jio Platforms. Due to this, the shares of Reliance are continuously strengthening. The market cap of Reliance Industries has crossed 12 lakh crore rupees.
