Mukesh Ambani bought 24.92% shares of Balaji Telefilms

The Reliance Industries Limited chairman Mukesh Ambani has bought the shares in the Ekta Kapoor company Balaji Telefilms of 24.92%. This partnership is of worth Rs 413.28 crore. With this deal, both ALT Balaji and Reliance Industries will get the benefits.

Now after this deal the Balaji's shows will also be called the product of Reliance company. The Balaji Telefilms was established on 10 November 1994 as a private company and on 28 February 2000, it became a private company.

Today, on the completion of the Reliance industries 40 years the Chairman Mukesh Ambani made some great announcements as well.
