The business tycoon from India has reportedly finalized the sale of a luxurious residence located in Manhattan's esteemed West Village, according to a report from the New York Post. Situated at 400 W. 12th St and known as Superior Ink, this residence is a fourth-floor condominium. This sophisticated abode, previously valued at an impressive $9 million (equivalent to around Rs. 74.5 crore), spans a spacious area of 2,406 square feet, as reported by the publication.
The residence offers a stunning view of the Hudson River and features two bedrooms, which have been meticulously transformed from an initial count of three, along with 3½ baths.
The interior of the home exudes an air of sophistication, combining lavish elements with modern design. Notable features include 10-foot-high ceilings, exquisite herringbone hardwood floors, sound-resistant windows, and a chef’s kitchen that has been impeccably designed, as highlighted by the New York Post.
