The problem started from then because the non-prime slot fees had increased to 7.50 lakhs then. After 104 episodes, he said that he will increase the fees to 10.05 lakhs. At first I agreed but later they kept on increasing the fees. When I went up to 350 episodes they wanted me to increase the fees more. Eventually I refused to do so. Then I left Shaktimaan without completing it. Many people complained that the show was closed. But we could not do anything. For your information let me tell you, the show started in 1997 and ran till 2005. Mukesh Khanna has also announced the sequel. While stating the struggle to make the show, he said - I was also a co-partner when we were making Shaktimaan. He had invested money. We realized later that this show will not be made as much money as we are putting into this project. Meanwhile, I got a contract of 104 episodes.

I came to know that the Associate Producer cannot invest much money in it, so I returned the money to him, then I became the only producer of Shaktimaan, all the burden came on me. But people helped me. There was a time when there was a shortage of money. At the same time, the staff would collect 15-20 thousand, then we would shoot. Later I would return their money. Our show was successful. We got a non-prime time slot earlier. With this, we got prime time after the show was successful again. Earlier, when the show was not in the prime slot, then I received 3 lakh 80 thousand fees for the two slots. We started earning in the first 6 episodes.
