Lucknow: On Thursday Days after hailing Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Parliament, Samajwadi Party veteran Mulayam Singh Yadav slammed his son and party chief Akhilesh Yadav, and questioned the alliance between SP and Bahujan Samaj Party.

As per source report, Mulayam said he did not understand on what basis did Akhilesh give half of the seats to Mayawati. He further hit out at his son for delaying the decision on seats. Asserting that he holds more experience, Mulayam said if Akhilesh cannot understand whom to give the ticket, then he should be consulted.

It is noted that the SP veteran further asked the partymen to approach him for tickets. Heaping praise on the Bharatiya Janata Party, Mulayam said the BJP is on a much better footing this time while the SP is lagging far behind.
