Another attack by Chinese hackers in India has emerged. Chinese hackers have attempted to stop Telangana's electricity supply. But this attack was thwarted by an alert sent by the Computer Emergency Response Team of India. It was revealed only in the past that when the power cut happened in Mumbai last year, it was a conspiracy of Chinese hackers.

According to the information received, it was planned a cyber attack on the Telangana State Load Dispatch Center, TSTransco, and some other centers by Chinese hackers. But after the alert of CERT-In, surveillance in cyberspace was increased. Other centers, including TSTransco, took several decisions to stop the attack from Chinese hackers. This included blocking the IP server, shutting down the control function for remote operation.

According to the news, since May 2020, Chinese hackers have been continuously trying to attack many such centers in India. Chinese hackers at power stations want to take the cyber attack and take it under their control. This was the time when the border tension between India and China was at its peak. China was furious at the border, while its hackers were trying to harass India in the cyber world. Recently, a news report claimed that Chinese hackers were also behind the planning to blackout in Mumbai. However, this type of claim has been denied on behalf of China.
