With this, the victim said, "On 29 December 2014 Kanhaiya Bhosle went to his house and asked if he had his mother's number. When the victim told Kanhaiya Bhosle that she did not have her mother's number, Bhosle pushed the victim and when she started crying, Kanhaiya Bhosle kissed her on the lip. When she started screaming, Kanhaiya Bhosle started tearing her clothes. Just then, some neighbors, a body guard and an electrician, upon hearing his screams, reached the victim's house. After this, they caught Kanhaiya Bhosle at RCF police station in Chembur.

According to the information received in this case, Kanhaiya Bhosle soon came out of jail on bail and resided in the same building in which the victim used to live, but after some time Bhosale was arrested again and he remained in jail during the trial. In this case, the special court has now convicted Bhosle and sentenced him to three years in jail.
