Mumbai municipal does not repair pits before the rain, a woman dies due to the accident

There was a painful accident on Sunday due to heavy rains in Mumbai. In Thane, Maharashtra, heavy floods have created conditions like floods on roads. A woman was fell abruptly due to pit during the rain in Thane and she came under the bus, which crushed her and she died. The whole incident was captured in the CCTV camera in the nearby shop. In the last three-four days, many areas of Maharashtra are experiencing torrential rains and this has led to life constraints.

It is being told that the deceased Manisha used to work in a school in Thane's Kalyan. She was returning home with his family members on Sunday evening, only then this incident happened. In this video, Manisha can be seen sitting on the back seat on a bike. In it, she is sitting with an umbrella in a hand, trying to avoid the rain. 

But then suddenly two-wheeler collapsed after colliding with a pit on the road leading to Shivaji Chowk in Kalyan. In which the lady and the bike driver fell to their right. Within just a few seconds, the bus came on top of Manisha, and she died on the spot. However, somehow the woman is taken out but she could not be saved.

Heavy rains are continuing in Mumbai and suburbs since Saturday night. Because of which many roads are full of water. And in some places, the rail tracks have sunk. Due to heavy rains accidents in Thane and Kalyan areas has arisen.

Due to the rain there is a flood situation in cities like Parel, Dharavi, Matunga and Mumbai's Thane district, including King Circle and Diva, Dombivli, Kalyan and Amarnath. The meteorological department has issued heavy rain warnings in the metropolitan areas and neighbouring Thane, Palghar and Raigad districts in the subsequent days. The department has still expressed the heavy rainfall forecast in the city.
