Mumbai: The Mumbai police is being named after Sachin Vaze was named in the case of explosives being received outside the home of renowned businessman Mukesh Ambani. Now, it has fallen on the Mumbai police commissioner. Maharashtra Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh has been removed from his post. Hemant Nagarle will be the next police commissioner.

Hemant Nagarle and Param Bir Singh were present at the meeting held at the late-night CM residence. Home Minister Anil Deshmukh was also involved in the two-hour meeting. With home Minister Anil Deshmukh entering the rain bungalow, it was considered clear that it is now difficult for Param Bir Singh to remain as police commissioner.
