New Delhi: Bollywood celebrities have expressed grief over the bodies floating in the River Ganga in Bihar amid the second wave of corona virus. Actor Shekhar Suman wrote on Tuesday, "150 half burnt bodies of suspected Covid victims were found floating in the River Ganga in Bihar. It's not 'holocaust', so what is it? We don't make it a dispersion. We're not frightened, but to say is frightening. God save us from this catastrophe".

According to media reports, Bollywood actress politician Urmila Matondkar tweeted, "More than 100 bodies of suspected corona virus drowned in Ganga. This is beyond tragic, cruel, inhuman faith".

Actor Divyendu Sharma wrote, "The bodies have been seen floating in the Ganges. He said we have come. Like most states, Uttarakhand is going through a crisis".

In the heart of Covid, which is wreaking havoc all over India, the administration in Buxar district of Bihar on Monday found at least 45 bodies in the Ganga, most of them in a decomposed state, and claims that the bodies have flown from UP.
