Murder accused of Indian student in America surrenders in Police station

Washington: A US citizen accused of killing Abhishek Sudesh Bhat, an Indian student in the city of San Bernardino, surrendered to the police, after which he has been arrested. The San Bernardino Police Department said that 42-year-old Eric Turner has surrendered. He has been arrested for the 25-year-old murder of Sudesh outside a motel where Sudesh used to work part-time.

Abhishek, a resident of Mysuru, Karnataka, was studying MS in computer science at California State University in San Bernardino. Turner shot Abhishek outside the motel on Thursday afternoon.
