Appam is one of the most famous breakfasts in the South. Today, we are going to tell you how to make it. Well, it is the most popular in Kerala. Yes and some people here make it for lunch and some for breakfast in the morning. You can also eat it in evening snacks and make it and feed it to your family. Although Appam is made in many ways, today we are making it from murmura.  Yes, if you want to eat some healthy things for breakfast, you can eat an appam made from this recipe. It will be ready in a few minutes, and at the same time, it tastes delicious to eat. Let us tell you today how to make murmura appam.

Ingredients for making murmura appam- murmura, semolina, boiled potatoes, ginger paste, green chilli paste, salt, oil, chopped coriander.

How to make- First wash the murmura and soak it in water for a while. After 5 minutes, put it in a strainer and strain it. Now add mashed potatoes, ginger, green chilli paste, salt to the murmura, semolina and mix well. Then make small balls of small size and then heat the appam pan and grease it with oil. Now place the appam one by one in the moulds. Then apply the lid and cook on medium heat. When it is cooked, remove it on a plate and serve hot with chutney or sauce.

Keep in mind that you cook the appam well on both sides in the mould until it is golden brown in colour.
