Lucknow: Ahmed Murtaza Abbasi, accused of attacking the famous Gorakhnath temple in Uttar Pradesh, has been declared a terrorist. ATS has imposed 'UAPA' Act on Abbasi. Along with this, ACJM has applied for transfer of the case to the First Court. While hearing the matter, ACJM First Deepak Nath Saraswati has approved the transfer of the case to the NIA court in Lucknow. Along with this, the court issued an order to send Abbasi to judicial custody for 14 days. Now the matter will be heard further in Lucknow. Let us inform that ATS reached Gorakhpur court on Saturday morning at 10:48 am with Murtaza Abbasi. Murtaza was produced in the ACJM First Court.

The hearing of the case ended at around 11.56 pm. After that ATS left for Lucknow with Murtaza. After getting the information about Murtaza's arrival in the jail, the jail administration has become completely alert. With a thorough search of the entire jail, an exercise has been started to keep Murtaza in the high security barracks. Jailor Prem Sagar Shukla has told that only big criminals and dreaded terrorists are kept in the high security barracks. Let us tell you that a terrorist is already present in the high security barracks of Gorakhpur Jail. The prisoners residing in this barracks are kept away and apart from other inmates of the jail. So that they do not come face to face and there is no danger of any kind of attack. This barrack is also monitored 24 hours through CCTV and guards.

Akhilesh Yadav said that the mental condition of Gorakhnath temple attack accused Ahmed Murtaza Abbasi is deteriorating and said that attention should be paid to the psychological problems of the accused and his illness.
