New Delhi: A joint meeting of Muslim institutions and prominent leaders was held at the main office of Jamiat Ulema e Hind to discuss the current situations of the country. People from all Muslim organizations were present in it. The situations of Kashmir was discussed in the meeting and several other agendas were proposed.

At the meeting, Muslim organizations passed a resolution that the unity and integrity of the country is the first duty of every citizen. It cannot be compromised in any circumstances. Equality in the Constitution, justice with all and human rights are also aimed at safeguarding the integrity of the country. By ignoring constitutional purposes, we cannot maintain peace and tranquillity in the country, nor can we forcibly buy loyalty.

The resolution says that Section 370 in Kashmir was enforced at the constitutional level and can only be constitutionally withdrawn. At the moment, a number of questions have been raised and protests have been made over the method adopted, which is currently under consideration in the Supreme Court. We should trust the top court and take steps according to its decision. Unless it is clear whether the removal of Section 370 is completely constitutional. "We should support the fundamental rights of the Kashmiri people, establish peace and draw the attention of the government to the restoration of normal life,".
