Jaipur: The hijab dispute that started from one state of Karnatak is not taking the name of stopping, now it is being seen in other states as well. In this sequence, a rally on hijab was taken out on Friday at Ajmer Sharif of Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti in Ajmer, Rajasthan. The war over the hijab that started from Karnataka has now reached the streets of Ajmer.

In Ajmer, a 'hijab rally' was taken out from dargah to Moti Katla after Jumma prayers today. A large number of Muslim women participated in it. There was tremendous resentment among Muslim women against the anti-hijab tone. Most of the Muslim women at the rally said that the hijab is a part of our lives, we will not give up the hijab and will play the religion according to our own.

At the rally, a large number of Muslim women shouted slogans in support of the hijab and demonstrated with placards in support of the hijab in their hands. On one of the placards it was written, "Hijab our soul, our pride." This whole controversy is about wearing a hijab in the school, in which the school administration is advocating uniform and Muslim girl students are demanding to wear the hijab inside the classroom.
