The crime against women are increasing day by day in the country. Incidents of eve teasing and molestation are common these days. In yet another shocking incident, a man was stabbed to death with a sharp knife after he opposed eve-teasing death in Bihar.
The incident took place in the Vaishali district of the state on Saturday. The deceased has been identified as Krishna. As per the information, Krishna resisted eve-teasing by local Muslim youth with school-going girls in Takiya panchayat under the Desari police station of the district. As boy resisted they killed him.
Disappointing with the incident locals obstruct traffic on NH 122B with the dead body between Hajipur and Mahnar. After this communal tension simmers in the area after the incident. Police rushed to the spot. Security has been tightened in the area to avoid any untoward incident. Vaishali SP Manish denied any possibility of communal tension in the area. As of now One person has been arrested in the case. A detailed investigation has been launched into the matter.
This is not the first incident of killing after opposing eve-teasing. In a similar incident from Gujarat, a Border Security Force (BSF) soldier was reportedly beaten to death by the family members of the boy in the Kheda district. The BSF officer was killed for protesting against the circulation of his daughter's obscene video. The obscene video was reportedly posted online by a 15-year-old boy. Seven person were arrested in the case. The soldier and his family members had reportedly gone to the boy's home in Chaklasi village on Saturday. The soldier got severely injured in the fight and was died.
