Islamabad: Pakistan continues to be in turmoil with attacks on a mosque belonging to the Ahmadiyya community on the rise, according to a media report. Another Ahmadi mosque has been attacked in Karachi, called the country's financial capital. Many people suddenly attacked the mosque and vandalized it completely with a hammer.

This is the fifth Ahmadi mosque to be attacked in the last three months. It is being told that suspected people of the far-right Tehreek-e-Labbaik organization in Pakistan allegedly entered the Ahmadi Mosque in Karachi and vandalized it and destroyed it. Local reports said several unidentified men broke the minarets of the Ahmadi Mosque in Karachi Sadar and fled after carrying out the attack.

According to the report, some people wearing helmets reached here along the ladder and climbed onto the mosque, and fled from the spot after damaging its structure. This is the second such incident in a month after the demolition of the minarets of the Ahmadi Jamaat Khata on Karachi's Jamshed Road. This is the fifth Ahmadi mosque attacked in the last three months. Local sources were quoted as saying that the attackers involved in the latest incident are people associated with the far-right Tehreek-e-Labbaik organization.
