Ingredients- Cinnamon - 2-inch piece, cardamom - 4, fennel - 2 tsp onion, 1 large closely chopped green chilli paste, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp tomato - 4 large finely chopped, Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp, chilli powder - 2 tsp, turmeric powder - 1 tsp, garam masala powder - 1 tsp, Salt - according to taste, sugar - 2 tsp, green coriander - 1/4 cup, finely chopped, mint leaves - 1/4 cup, finely chopped, coconut-thick milk - 1 cup, water - 2 cups/2 cups 500 ml.
Biryani Recipe - First wash basmati rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes, then strain them and keep aside, now heat oil in a pan and add cinnamon, fennel and cardamom. Then add onion and green chillies, add ginger garlic pest when it is golden. Then add all the spices, salt and sugar and run for 30 seconds.
Then mix tomatoes and mix everything and let it cook for 5 minutes, when the tomatoes start melting, add coriander and mint leaves and run immediately.
