Asafoetida - a pinch
Mustard Oil - As Per Style
Salt - as per taste

Method of preparation: First of all put the mutton in a big bowl and wash it thoroughly with water at least two to three times. When the oil is hot, add cumin, cardamom, dry red chili, cinnamon, cloves, asafoetida, and black pepper. Fry them a little.
