Muzaffarnagar: According to the police informed today, “A Dalit youth was allegedly beaten by seven persons in Sikri village here following which a case was registered against the accused”
The SHO P P Singh said, “Rajender was thrashed by the accused yesterday over some old enmity in Bhopa Police Station area. He was admitted to the hospital”
A case was recorded against the attackers and worry prevailed in the village after the episode, he added.
As it is also said that,the police security has been stepped up.
