Meerut: In Uttar Pradesh, many crime cases have surfaced in the last few days. Meanwhile, in Muzaffarnagar, a person was strangled and murdered with sharp tool in New Mandi Kotwali area on Friday. The body of the person was found lying in a field. Police reached the spot on the information. The police have taken the corpse in their possession and sent it for postmortem. The case is being investigated.
According to the information, Sahavali Rahwasi Jogendra (30) of the village of New Mandi Kotwali had left his house at 5.30 pm on Thursday, after which he did not return home till late night. In the morning, after searching for long, no clues could be found. While some villagers went out for their work, his blood-soaked corpse was found in a field.
The villagers immediately informed the police about this. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and took the body and sent it for postmortem. Giving information about the incident, the police said in its statement that the young man was strangled with a sharp tool. Based on the information of the family, the police will take further action. The investigation is being done in the case. Although the reasons for the murder have not been clearly disclosed.
