Actor Naresh, who is the current President of MAA (Movie Artists Association of Telugu Cinema) at a press meet said, "I extend my full support to Manchu Vishnu and his panel for appointment as MAA President. Talking about his tenure as MAA president, Naresh reportedly said, "One year of my tenure was wasted due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Naresh further added, “Never before in the history of MAA has any panel provided insurance for 900 MAA members.
