Our eyes are one of the most important part of our body which  are responsible for sight. Its very sensitive part and need to be protected and cared for very cautiously. There are certain things we should take care of – like eating healthy to improve vision, keeping any sharp objects away from eyes, etc. However, there are certain myths that surround the care of eyes and need to be busted, so lets out those myths

Myth: Carrots are the best food to improve eyesight.

Carrots are good for the eyes, carrots may not be the best food for them. Green leafy vegetables and other foods rich in antioxidants, are even better for your eye health and may also help in avoiding eye problems. 

Myth: Low light will affect your vision.

The actual fact is thatow light does not affect your vision or eye health, but all it does is tire your eyes quickly and that is why light that shines directly on the reading material is considered healthiest and the best for reading.

Myth: Staring at a computer screen all day affect your vision.

It id s a myth as this does not happen due to the light of the screen. Staring at the screen can cause you to blink less often, which can lead to tired and weary eyes, too soon. It can cause blurred vision and similar problems but the problems are not because of the screen, but due  not blinking enough and lubricating them properly.
