Details of Posts:-
According to the notification issued, candidates appearing for the examination for the post of Management Trainee and Clerk should have a graduation or post-graduation degree in any stream from any recognized university or institution. State that only candidates who scored 50% marks for this recruitment were eligible for the application. In addition, the computer must have basic knowledge of the operation.

Age Limit:-
The minimum age of candidates in this recruitment was sought as 21 years and the maximum age was 27 years. Candidates covered under reservation have been exempted from the upper age limit as per Nainital Bank rules. The age will be calculated on the basis of March 31, 2021.

Selection Process:-
The candidates are to be selected on the basis of performance in the online test. The online test will be 2 hours 25 minutes and will have questions related to reasoning, English language, general awareness, computer knowledge, and quantitative aptitude. The total number of questions is 200 and the maximum fixed marks are 200. The exam will also have a negative marking of 0.25. The online test is to be conducted at designated examination centers in Nainital, Haldwani, Rudrapur, Dehradun, Roorkee, Bareilly, Meerut, Moradabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Delhi-NCR, and Ambala cities.
