The Motor Vehicles Act has come into force in India from 1 September. However, there are some states where this law has not been implemented yet. In fact, Modi 2.0 led by PM Narendra Modi has implemented a strict law to protect road accidents. Under this new law, if you are found breaking the rules of traffic, then the traffic police can cut your challan up to 10 times.

Under the new rules, the fear of the Motor Vehicles Act is such that among the people, there is now a competition to get a PUC certificate. According to reports, in the first three days of the implementation of this law, more than three times more people reached Delhi's pollution check centers. According to reports, more than 1.25 lakh vehicles reached 950 pollution check centers in Delhi in the first three days. During this time, over 84,000 PUC certificates were issued under pollution investigation. Which is very big data.

According to the media report, after the implementation of the new Motor Vehicle Act, now a fine of Rs 10,000 will have to be paid on air pollution. The same till now had a challan of Rs 1,000 for violating the PUC Norms and Rs 2,000 for the next offense. According to the rule, it is mandatory to conduct a PUC test in Delhi after every three months.
