Method: - For this, make a fine powder of coconut in your food processor or with grated or take the prepared coconut powder from the market. Now roast the mawa well (fry the mawa till it turns pink, the barfi will be tastier and last longer) After that if you are taking sugar and sugar then you can make sugar syrup in 100 grams of sugar syrup. To make sugar syrup by mixing (half cup) water and sugar, stir on a gas and stir with a spoon and make 3 wire syrup.
(Sugar): Sugar dissolves in water and comes to a boil. Stir and cook the sugar syrup for 5 to 6 minutes. Put 1 to 2 drops in a plate and keep it between your finger and thumb when cooled. If you paste, you will see that 2-3 chords are made to sing, that means sugar syrup is made, if it is not, then cook the syrup more and test it)

After this, add coconut powder in the syrup and mix well, now add the cooled mawa and cardamom powder and mix well and put a little ghee on a plate and lubricate the mixture and spread it a little around the plate. Put the chopped pistachios on top and press it with a spoon and keep the barfi to cool down. After this, wait 1-2 hours and now you will see that this mixture has frozen and now cut this frozen mixture into the shape of a square with a knife, coconut barfi (dessert) is ready.
