 NASA's rocket expedition will create a white artificial cloud that shines in the sky at night. Through this, it will be studied in the upper atmosphere which inhibits communication and technical systems. 

American Space Agency said that these artificial clouds will be displayed on Republic of Marshall Island residents on 29 August and 9 September during two rocket flights.

Studies of incidents in the atmosphere will be neutral dynamo missions. These disruptions occur in a portion identified in the name of the field after sunset. These obstruct radio communications, shipping and imaging systems.

Thus create a threat to the technology and dependent society. In a rocket, tray methyl will be a substance called aluminum, which will create artificial white clouds.
