House to adjourn indefinitely on 10th day of monsoon session

New Delhi: The monsoon session of Parliament is going on. The tenth day of the session will discuss several major issues. Recently, Minister of State for Home Affairs V Muralitharan said, "I have to inform the members that the government has decided to adjourn the House, but before that, some important bills will be passed in the Lok Sabha today". Meanwhile, leader of the opposition Ghulam Nabi Azad said, "The opposition parties, who boycotted the Rajya Sabha session, have convened a meeting in the house of opposition this evening". 

The meeting at Ghulam Nabi's office is going to discuss the agriculture bill. Shiv Sena MP Anil Desai, RJD MP Manoj Kumar Jha has given zero hour notice in the Rajya Sabha earlier. RJD MP Manoj Kumar Jha has given zero hour notice to voters demanding health insurance cover in the forthcoming assembly elections in the states.

In the Rajya Sabha last Tuesday, the opposition has appealed for the return of suspended MPs. Now the Lok Sabha is going to discuss the national education policy today. In addition, a number of important bills (Major Port Authorities Bill, 2020, The Assisted Reproductive Technology Regulation Bill, 2020, The Factoring Regulation (Amendment) Bill, 2020 can also be passed today. 8 opposition MPs have been suspended from the house on Monday on charges of uproar in the house and uncontrolled dealings with the deputy chairman during the passage of the Agricultural Bills.
