For the past few years, it is often happening that the same festival, the date is celebrated in different places on different dates. Yes and the reason behind this is the different dates given in different almanacks. However, this will not happen now because now this problem is going to be solved. In fact, from now on there will be only one date for celebrating a festival in the country and for this, the Central Government has taken a big step.

According to the information received, on the initiative of the Central Government, a National Calendar is now going to be prepared in which there will be a single date to celebrate each festival. Not only this, but apart from this, this initiative will give recognition to the Indian calendar instead of the English calendar. Yes, and for this, 300 scholars from all over the country are going to brainstorm in Ujjain for two days. By doing so, the distinctions arising out of the Panchangs (Hindi Calander) in different zones regarding the Fast-festival, date, etc. will be eliminated.

Not only this, but apart from this, due to different dates of festivals, the dates of government holidays in different states also remain different. Which leads to a lot of problems. In the context of the 75th anniversary of the country's independence, the Central Government has taken the initiative to give recognition to the Indian calendar. Yes, and under this, a National Seminar of Scholars from all over the country and an exhibition of almanacks is being organized on 22-23 April at Vikram University on 22-23 April.

According to media reports, the Union Ministry of Culture, The Central Department of Science Technology, Vigyan Prasar, Indian Institute of Star Physics, Centre for Astronomy, Vigyan Bharati, Dhara, MP Council of Science-Technology, Vikram University and Panini Sanskrit University, Ujjain etc. are participating in it. You may be aware that before this, in 1952, the Calendar Reform Committee was constituted for the uniform calendar in the country. Though the matter could not move forward later, the central government has recently started its initiative again.
