Nanji Deshmukh, a social activist and a long-time member of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) played a key role in the JP Movement. On 9th September 2019, he was felicitated by President Ram Nath Kovind on the honour of the highest civilian honour of the country, posthumously, with the Bharat Ratna. The honour was received by his family member. Let us know the full details him.

He gave an interview after chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Uttarakhand were formed. He expressed his views on a number of issues. In the interview, he also lashed out at leaders who wanted to become CMs. He said, the leaders who are fighting it should come out with a roadmap for the development of these new states and tell us that we have this way for the development of the state. But these people are just joining the race to sit in the CM's chair.

Nanaji, who considers Lord Ram his idol. He said that Rama had taught the world at any time what an ideal human, ideal man, ideal husband, ideal son, ideal brother, ideal brother, ideal brother should be. He said his ideals apply to every religion.
