A non-bailable warrant has been issued against Congress leader Renuka Chaudhary in a recent fraud case. Four years ago, an FIR was registered in the case at Khammam in Telangana. The arrest warrant against Renuka was issued by the first-class magistrate of Khammam district. It is alleged that Renuka Chaudhary was not cooperating with the police investigation after which the court issued a non-bailable warrant against her. 

According to media reports, many Congress leaders have come to the target of the law these days. Earlier, former Union Minister P. Chidambaram was arrested in connection with the INX case. Chidambaram was taken into custody by the CBI.

For your information, the ED said that former Union Minister and senior Congress leader P. Opposing Chidambaram's anticipatory bail, he had said that he had strong evidence of money laundering against Chidambaram. Earlier, the Delhi High Court had asked former Finance Minister and senior Congress leader P. Chidambaram's anticipatory bail was rejected.
