Departments had also prepared for this, but on Friday, the Finance Department has given instructions to stop the implementation of the order. The Kamal Nath government had decided to give 17 percent dearness allowance to the employees of the state like the Center from July 1, 2019. Employees receiving the fifth pay scale of five percent dearness allowance were approved.
