Indian women's hockey team striker Navjot Kaur gave full credit for her success to her father and said that she wants to become the world's best finisher. Navjot, an important player in the Indian front line, said, "The role of finishers is important for any hockey team, and I am happy that I have been given the opportunity to capitalize on the opportunities created by my teammates."

According to the release of Hockey India, this 25-year-old player said, 'There is a lot of pressure associated with this work, but I have fully enjoyed this challenge so far. I want to continue working on my technique, and hope that one day I will become the best finisher in the world.

Navjot, who has played 172 matches so far for the country, credited his success to his father, who initially wanted his three children to join sports. Navjot said, 'If I do not get the help of my parents especially my father, then I would never have reached where I am today. My father motivated me to play hockey in school. He had a dream from the beginning that one of his children should become a player, and I am really happy that I managed to complete his dream. With this, Navjot has thanked his father.
